Speak to Ambassador Duryo Valstath at 829.24, -23.55, 122.76 in Qeynos Harbor or Ambassador Brynhilde Maersdottr at 90, 154, -164 in Frostfang Sea to begin this quest.

Travel to Greater Faydark and speak to Ambassador Gibrien Marsden at 595.34, 45.19, 78.31 . This will complete the quest.
