I presume a level limit?

This quest is given by Chaplain Graveguzzle in the Enchanted Lands, if you have completed the Grain Grog Run and Curse of the Bloody Shank quests (see related quests).

You must slay 5 Fog Grinnin Whelps in the Enchanted Lands and report back to him.

he will then send you to find his lost chest. This can be found underneath the bridge to Rivervale. Open it for your reward.

I was recruited by the halfling Chaplain Graveguzzle to exterminate several fog grimmin along the southern coast of the halfling burrow, Berrybrook, just beyond the Great Guard.

Stage 1

I must patrol the coast near Berrybrook in Enchanted Lands. There I must exterminate the fog grimmin, a form of goblin.

Start:	Hunt fog grimmin whelps near the coast of Berrybrook.
Complete:	I slew a great many fog grimmin whelps threatening Berrybrook.

Stage 2

I must report back to Chaplain Graveguzzle at the Great Guard in the Enchanted Lands.

Start:	Report back to Chaplain Graveguzzle at the Great Guard.

I reported back to Chaplain Graveguzzle about the extermination of a great many fog grimmin.

Stage 3

I must find Chaplain Graveguzzle's locker. He said it was resting at the bottom of the sea? Or Was it a pond?

Start:	Find the lost chest of Chaplain Graveguzzle.
Complete:	Find the lost chest of Chaplain Graveguzzle.

I found the chaplain's lockerbox!

I slew a great amount of fog grimmin along the southwest coast. Berrybrook is a bit safer. I reported the news to Chaplain Graveguzzle at the Great Guard.
