Speak to Kedorn Flameforger at 931,-299,323 in Thurgadin, City of the Coldain.

To get to Thurgadin from the docks, click on the door at 1111,-470,443

Click on the barrel southeast of Kedorn at 927,-299,325
Go back to Great Divide and out to Storm Gorge. Click on the two cannons at 767,-394,732
Return to Jubie Cyclocrank to complete the quest.
