There you must find proof of Miragul's ability to teleport between dimensions and time.

Pick up the book in the a Reflection of Silence.

Click on the glowing disturbances found throughout the zone. You will need 6 of these.
Kill The Codexicon and loot the residual powder from it.

Note: If the mob is grey the powder will not drop.

Finally return to Lucretia Nasin for your reward.

Stage 2

I need to return with what I have found to Camp Wintyl Syd and deliver it to Lucretia Nasin.

I have delivered the items to Lucretia Nasin.

I have returned to Lucretia Nasin and gifted the Coalition of Tradesfolke with powerful teleportation magics. I now have a powerful ally.
