Matthias Siegemaker has given me the task of killing Shay Tivati, the leader of the Qeynosian rebellion inside Freeport. Siegemaker said the order was handed down directly from Grand Inquisitor Te'Lex. This is the final task I must complete to become a citizen of Freeport.
