To start:

Speak to Budiir Il'Nar at Quel'ule in The Stonebrunt Highlands.

Rewards:

At least 35 70 61
Choose One of the Following:

Now you need to pick 6 flowers. You will find them outside Quel'ule around -183.03, 365.22, 709.65 . They are big, so easy to see, and called a blightbloom blossom.
Return to Budiir Il'Nar to complete the quest.

He stuck me with the lucky needlebeak foot- very low stats for such a high level weapon. i would have gladly chosen the flower- but he offered me no choices

hehe- even the flower is a low stat weapon. why don't they have reasonable stats on these quest items? they aren't worth doing the quests for

Even when SF was new content the overlands quest rewards were terrible, sadly. If you're looking to gear up, you'd be better off having a crafter make you a mastercrafted armor set.

Budiir Il'Nar has asked me to look around Quel'ule for the food source which he suspects is drawing the needlebeaks to this area. I should begin my search near the areas where I encountered the needlebeaks.
