This repeatable quest is initiated by examining Pearl Ear Ring that drops on monsters in Edgewater Drains.

You must slay 30 mobs in Edgewater Drains for a small amount experience (no coin or reward). The quest is repeatable however by re-examining the item. Any type of monster in Edgewater Drains will advance the quest. So if your in the zone and have the item it's free experience, even if not much of it.

I've slaughtered enough living creatures down here. I'm pretty sure that what ever it was that bumped into me is now dead.
