Hazrulin Vextrik at the Alchemy shop in North Freeport needs the remains of a Teir'Dal Battlemage to sample. He will reward you if you can obtain some.

Teir'Dal Battlemages can be found in Fallen Gate. The Remains are a rare drop, so be prepared to kill a good number of them.

Return to Hazrulin after you have obtained them for your reward.

Hazrulin Vextrik asked me to gather a sample from an abnormal creature rumored to lurk in the Fallen Gate called a tormented battlemage. I recovered the ethereal core of the skeletal caster. In exchange for the specimen, Hazrulin has paid me for my service.
