I got the quest with lvl 12 and im from freeport, so it works as evil one, too.
With 10 I didnt get the quest, its just a level thing.

I am a lvl34 evil dirge and unable to activate quest. I mentored down to lvl11 and unable to activate quest.

if you go into blackburrow through the front, head to the open area and make an imediate left there is a cave looking opening withd a mining car just inside of the doorway, all of the miners are in there, i got in and out in like 5 minutes

this Quest is to kill miners in BB , it is an easy one just make a left once you leave the tunnel ent , over in the left hand corner you'll find the mine ent with all the miners you want. finishing it opens the quest from sir Jeager, knight at camp where the Squire is.this quest is lvl caped not sure of lvl. this quest like all others should be done at lvl , have fun : )

this was a very disappointing quest, the reward was a measly 67c. unless one of your goals is to get your quest count up on the eq2players site, i wouldn't bother with this quest.
