You must slay two shadowy agents which are level 5vv mobs at -11.90, 0.27, 34.85 , near where you smashed his furniture.

Return to Malachi for a little experience and Gritguts Buckle of Screaming Fury.

This opens up the quest "Go Visit the Sprawl"
