You need to kill Rumbleroots. Not specific the sapplings.
I found plenty of rumbleroot and Deadly Rumbleroot around
-77.97, 62.15, -2.54 Both gave questupdate for me.

This quest is triggered by reading the item entitled Premature. This item drops from low 20s mobs in Nektulos (confirmed on Cackling Cadavers, Patchwork Men, Gul'Thex and Rumbleroot Saplings).
You will be asked to kill 10 Rumbleroot Saplings (near -965, 26, -330 ).
The reward is experience only.
