There is a writ to kill 14 of these lookouts given by the chap halfway up the castle steps in Qeynos North.

It is repeatable - so you can double up nicely.

You'll find the lookouts in the gnoll 'craters' eitehr side of tower 2 in TS.

The lookouts come in 2s and 3s with a single looter (^ for the 2 lookouts) at levels 20 and 21. The other groupings include 1 ^ lookout and 1 ^ looter and several combinations with a divinier and looters and 1 lookout - these are up to 22.

The lvl 20 groups are just soloable at 23 (paladin) and the lvl 21 at 24 (paladin).

You are charged to kill 25 Sabertooth Lookouts in The Thundering Steppes or Antonica. These can be found in the pit between the docks and Antonica.

The reward is coin and a nice chunk of experience.

I've completed the deserter's job for him, and cleared out those pesky Sabertooth lookouts before they could relay information to their superiors.
