Zezas X'Zauzin (at 3, 17, -44 just inside and left of the entrance) wants you to talk to a representative of The Dark Bargainers.

Divton T'Szelyl is right behind you when you're facing Zezas. He is the one standing by the Teleporter.

This quest sends you to Divton to start the Teleporter access quest.

I need to establish a friendly sort of contact with the Dark Bargainers. Zezas X'Zauzin would like me to find Divton T'Szelyl. I should look for him southwest of Zezas, in the Indigo Hollow in Neriak.

Zezas is found at 2, -45.

Divton T'Szelyl is right behind you when you're facing Zezas. He is the one standing by the Teleporter.

Presumably this quest sends you to Divton to start the Teleporter Quest.
