So far I have camped the Peculiar Chests for over an hour, taken out 7 waves of Corrupted Brewers and Merchants and have only had the chests spawn once. Be ready for a long camp and it they pop fast, be very very glad!

Chests are found at Roundbelly's store. There will be 4 chests or a few halflings in there. Halflings are placeholders. Kill them, move on to something else and the chests or more halflings will spawn in a few minutes. When I came into the zone there were chests there. I killed all 4 and then halflings 3 times and the second set of chests spawned.

Grubbin's Fishing Retreat is an island found at -678, -1, -298 but be careful cos The Overfiend is sometimes up at this location. He is a 45 (x2) epic.

Peculiar Chests spawn in (at least) Roundbelly's General Store (-202.0, -8.87, 100.35). The chests are lvl 37, and spawn as a group of 4, or two ^'s. Respawn timer is 10 minutes. I have read other posts stating that the chests may have a tendency to get stuck under the world if someone trains them to the zone, which may make them hard to find. I have been in the store several times and not seen them, so it may be a good idea to try to get them after a server reset.

After the chests you need to kill Nightbloods. Just starting it now so not sure how many but it's either 1 or a lot ;p

Grubbin's Fishing Retreat = Island up in the middle of the Nightbloods. Usually 2 or so groups of 5 NBs hanging out on it. Has picnic tables and such. Next step is kill 8 Peculiar Chests. After that kill 1 Nightblood and you get Deputy Badge - ATTUNEABLE 9int 7wis 31H 25P 508ac Kite Shield 195 req 225 mastery.
