Level 11 Erudite w/ zone languages- NPC didn't offer quest only dialogue

Probably discontinued quest after 2007 EQ2 redesign of starting area quests for both Qeynos & Freeport.

Bruccis Capito is in East Freeport by the docks his location is -300, -56, 59

G'Zule is in North Freeport near The Temple of War his location is -95, -9, -118

Magia is in West Freeport shes at the Bank location is 189,-2,-124

Banker Magia Cotta - West Freeport ( +189,-2,-124 ) Bruccius Capito - East Freeport - Docks ( -300, -56, +59 ) Missionary G'Zule - North Freeport - Near Temple of War ( -95, -9, -118 )

After collecting the offerings from each return to Clara in South Freeport.

Clara Maius has charged me with the task of collecting three offerings from the faithful. I need to find the people and gather their offerings to the Dismal Rage.

Stage 1

I need to speak with several people in Freeport and collect offerings for Dismal Rage.

Start:	I need to collect the offering from G'Zule near the Temple of War.
Complete:	I have collected G'Zule's offering.

I have collected all of the offerings from the faithful.

Clara conned me into collecting offerings for Dismal Rage from people who didn't sound like they were too happy to offer these donations. She didn't even give me a reward for my help.
