Kill crumbling spurbones, fractured shardbones or brittle shardbones near the Gash of T'Thelin or Monolith of Woe until you have 15 skulls
Return the skulls to Emissary Glochk.

You are now conversant in Di'zokian.

Unless they changed it in the micro-patch yesterday, this is not correct. I did it a few days ago and ONLY the crumbling spurbones gave the update.

The mob for this quest (to get updates) are the Crumbling Spurbones. The other types of skels will not update quest.

Glochk has some use for skulls from the skeletons in the area. I guess I will see what I can come up with! I need 15 skulls!

Stage 1

I need to kill skeletons in the area and collect 15 skulls.

Start:	I need to return these skulls to Emissary Glochk who is near the Monolith of Woe
Complete:	I have given the skulls to Emissary Glochk and in return he taught me basic Di'Zokian

I have completed the trade with Emissary Glochk.

Emissary Glochk seemed grateful, despite the insults. He also taught me the basics of the Di'Zokian Language
