Whoever Kazuza is, being invisible does not allow purchasing the primer from Wazzleburn in Baubleshire.

What is the name of the Halfling Language primer? All i can find is Stout adn Gnomish on the scribe in Baubleshire. Stout does NOT work to allow me to talk to peopel in Rivervale. OH and I AM a Halfling so why is ti I cant speak Halfling?
Your missing the point. The quest is repeatable. 5s and some food/drink is low for a quest this level, but you can do it over and over. If your soloing this is particularly good, it's bonus experience for monsters you'd be killing anyway.

Just my 2cp but, the reward for this is a bit lame. I mean lvl 10 food and drink and 5sp? I will say the xp is ok, around 1% for my lvl 41 Conj plus around 1 1/2% for the critter xp. Still, it seems like the rating should be lower as the money and items is inconsequential.

Yes evil characters can buy the halfling language primer. You need to be invis to purchase from the scribe.
Can evil characters get the halfling language in any way? The scribe in Baubleshire will not speak to me.

These are repeatable kill tasks to kill a random number of various monsters in the zone. These are all group kill tasks. The reward is coin, experience, food and drink.
