Anyone else having a prob w/ this? I killed him the other day (even tho he is not aggro) got the part, and went to return it... But the guy would not accept it... it showed that I had the piece in my journal, but got no credit for it.. So deleted quest and started, again... I have tried to talk to the engineer, but only way to get part is to kill him... why won't it update when I go back for turn in?? Anyone?

There have been alot of reports of bugged turn-ins lately. All I can tell you is, /bug it and hope they can fix it.

Kill a Haoaeran engineer and recover the hard-pressure governor. He's down hill at the first pavillon hear the tunnel, at 1335.22, 160.01, 88.44 .
Return to Riz'din.
Apply the part to the steamer bu Riz'Din.

I need to find the spiroc engineer that has the hard-pressure governors.

Start:	I need to find the spiroc engineer who is studying the stolen hard-pressure governors.
Complete:	I have retrieved the hard-pressure governor.

Start:	I need to bring the governor to Tertiary Riz'Din.
Complete:	I have given Riz'Din the governor.

I have acquired the hard-pressure governor to repair the steamer.

I have brought the hard-pressure governor back to Tertiary Riz'Din and installed it in the steamer.
