The Inhabitants of Cloudmist Isle  

You receive this quest from Harun Clearsky on Whisperwind Isle in Barren Sky after completing the Ahnha Leeshadow quest.

Harun sends you to Cloudmist Isle to talk to Chesem Sharpeye.

Find Chesem's summoning staff near the cloud station and use your reed pipe to summon him.

Chesem wants you to collect sentient wind essences on Cloudmist.

To get them, kill Cloudmist Walkers to get Mist Essences (no trade, lore drops)

Each time you get one, run to the middle of Cloudmist Isle and harvest a Trapped Wind Essence. This converts the Mist Essence to A Sentient Wind Essence, which are not lore and are stackable.

Once you have three Sentient Wind Essences, travel to the Isle of Eaglewatch. Release an essence on the western, eastern, and southern edges of the island (autoupdate). From there the winds will free themselves of the mist and soar freely.

Return to Chesem when you're done.

He tells you to go back to Harun, who gives you about 18gp, +125 The Windgazer faction, and a choice of rewards. It also opens the next quest called Taer Felwind.
