The weapon crates are found on the 3rd level, outside, close to the elevator in Clefts of Rujark. There are plenty of heroic 54^^ patroling the area so you will not get to them easily. Only 4 chests or so will be up at the same time but they respawn quickly in same area.

Not entirely sure where the Weapon Crates are. Any ideas?

* Kill 20 Steelslave Enforcers in Clefts of Rujark
* Kill 20 Gravehowlers in the Living Tombs
* Gather 20 Ritual Daggers from the Living Tombs
