Go see Al'diun Stirhinis at 1812,-300, 3510 and purchise A Potion Remedy for 6 gold and you will recive the quest.
So now that you have the potion, go back to Old Paineel and Right-click the corpse you left behind ( 1946.06, -112.49, 3405.22 ) and select Use Potion.
Once done, go to 1852.13, -294.86, 3480.54 and click the book stand. That finishes the quest.
