Unlocking the Plans  

This is the 3rd quest in the Qeynos Betrayal series.

Talk to Towser Flizgibbert in The Elddar Grove to begin this quest.

1. Towser wants you to take a "Gnomish Replicator" to the South Qeynos Mage Tower and use it in the lock of a small box, which contains some important papers.
• This must be done at night (after 8pm game time).
2. In South Qeynos, enter the mage tower and take the red teleporter.
• The box is on a table next to a journal at 703,42,107 Copy .
• Once night has fallen, use the Replicator to make an impression of the lock on the box.
• When you do this, you will get your update, and will be attacked by a Concordium guard, a solo mob scaled to your level.
3. Next, you must take the Replicator to Arbuthnot Jumroller in The Baubbleshire ( 865,-12,-419 ) Copy .
• He will make you a key based upon the impression you made with the Replicator, and send you back to the Concordium to steal the papers.
• During the night, take the red teleporter again, use the key to unlock the box, and take the contents.
4. Return to Towser Flizgibbert in The Elddar Grove to finish the quest.
