This quest is initiated by examining a barrel in the middle of the Sunken Pirate ship off the coast in the Commonlands (-1098.59, -210, -846.77).

You must slay 20 pirates of gunthak in the Commonlands. They can be found underwater at a sunken ship off shore near -1100, -150, +850.
