The entrance to the hive is just up the stairs from maglus.
Once inside there is a group of lvl 23 heroic scarabs right by the zone in point.
To get the quest update for the antennas, you have to kill the deathly scarab workers which are down the left and right set of stairs.
To get the queen to spawn you have to kill the four lvl 25 heroic guardians. The queen spawns with a mob of little scarab broodlings. Shes a lot tougher than the guardians.

This quest is given by Cryptkeeper Maglus after you complete his first quest.
This time around he asks you to obtain 15 antennae from Death Beetles/Deathly Scarab Workers in the zone around (174.56, 13.92, -198.74).
Completing this will open up his third quest.
