No idea if it is right but there is a big horn in the Permafrost dinning room. Might be worth checking out. I will tonight and see what i find out.

Yes you are right. As Scratch said, you just need to visit horn room and it will automatically update your quest journal. next is just return to General Fandrak in the feerrott. after meeting Fandrak, that's the end of this quest. and you will need to choose one between 2hb and 1hb duel wield. No more quests from General after this quest.

Also want to say. After kill those mobs in Everfrost, and meet General you will have to choose among 3 rings and 1 belt with 12gp. and This is the end of 'Hearts of Ice' quest.

After that step is "the Horn of Phrotis" that I mentioned above

no loc, sorry, but have you tried the horn in the same room as all the statue quest givers? It's used to summon a mob for the end of those quests, seems like a good place to try

After you kill the ten giants. Next step is to Find the Horn of Phrotis. Has anyone found it? Have loc?

Once you kill the four diff types of mobs, you talk to the General again. He then sends you to find Permafrost Keep. Zone into PF and it will update, then will tell you to kill 10 Kromise whatever. Havent completed that yet, will update when done.
