There are a TON of 'bog faerie types' that work as credit for the bog faerie quests. Go south to the VS zone in, you'll find a bunch there. Then if you go west and past a couple of walls, you'll not only find bog faeries, but a chance at the bog faerie queen (lvl 10-12 area).

There are exactly 4 bog fairies in the zone. They are all level 7(down). They spawn in two pairs in the south-east corner of the zone.

I did this quest Jan 25/05, as a level 8 rogue, worked perfectly. They are there, they just seem to be on a relatively slow timer compared to how many people do this quest. if you start finding bog slugs who agro (vicious bog slugs?), then you are in the general area.

I completed the quest and got my "Embossed Fairy Wing Necklace". Once I found the faeries, I had no trouble killing them. They ARE a little far off in the back behind the pond, but they ARE there.

A correction here there are bog faeries you have to go in a little deep to find them they are nere the two-log pond and past it a bit.

I think this quest is bugged. "A Bog Faerie" is not in Peat Bog as I know of. I haven't found one yet.
