A particularly crafty froglok known as Emancipator Kruppmet has been harassing the Pens of Riliss, prompting the Rilissians to take out a bounty on the creature. It is likely that the creature is still nearby the Pens, so I should begin to search there if I am looking to collect the price on its head.
