They do look exactly like the venus flytrap plants all over the feerrott but you'll know you're at an orchid if you see the name "Feerrott Orchid" above it, just move your curser to the base and harvest.

For anyone that was as confused as I was, these flowers are nodes like any other nodes, except they look like the venus fly trap plants that are usually just backround fauna.

it is bugged, i think. I collected all orchids , but cvaka doesnt give me any updates. in the text, it stands, i still need to ind a stone :/
