Dran believes that enemies of Thurgadin are attempting to sabotage the barrels of explosive powder used to operate the cannons in the Storm Gorge. He's given me a few false barrels to place near the supplies in the hopes that the saboteurs will be fooled.

Speak to Dran Frostdown at 1171,-480,421 on Thurgadin Harbor in the Great Divide to begin this quest.
