Speak to Signy Silverbreaker at -250, -289, 399 at the Forward Base Camp within Great Divide to begin this quest.

Defeat Dockmaster Jit'coel at the docks inside Hold of Rime: The Fortress Spire
Click the barrels at -425, -35, 281
As you move away from the docks you will be ambushed by a group of Rime Guards. Kill them.
Return to Signy Silverbreaker to complete the quest.
