This quest is given by Gubbo Chaley at the docks. He asks you to kill 10 Fairies near the docks.
The easiest fairies to kill are the Seamist Sprites, but be warned that they are factional. You can raise your faction if you do kill too many by killing corrupted halflings.
The reward is 5 blueberry pies.
