This quest is initiated by examining "A Collection of Shells". This item is dropped on monsters in the Enchanted Lands. You must do the following activities to reconstruct the trident:

  • Kill 3 Giants Spearfishes (in water near Nightbloods at -1021, -5, -649)
  • Get 6 Tentacles from Evil Eyes (Void Watchers)
  • Get a suitable Horn from a Nightblood
  • Find the Fairy Island and immerse the Trident in the waters there
