Use the teleporter at -244.94, 182.32, -516.55 to get back to Erudin Gardens.
Head to -391.65, 511.95, -201.61 to access the ramp down to the mining area.
Once there, kill 6 a slobberjaw drudge and an erudin slaver. The slaver is an 89^^ undercon, so be careful and bring friends.
Speak with Qutaybah again to complete the quest.

Qutaybah has asked me to travel to the mine pit below the Erudin Gardens and disrupt the mining operation occurring there. Qutaybah believe there is an entrance to the pit east of the gardens.

Stage 1

I must travel to the mining pit below the Erudin Gardens and disrupt the mining operation occuring there.

Complete:	I slew the slobberjaw drudges.

Complete:	I slew an Erudian slaver.

I successfully disrupted the mining operation.

Stage 2

The mission is done. I must now report back to Qutaybah.

Comments elsewhere say the Slavers are overcon, this is not true. Was not able to solo as 90 Pal in quest gear.
