I can also confirm that Hua Mein Village faction is not required. You can use a Leaping mount to jump the mountain and reach the village.

Would not deploy for me at the given loc. I got it to at -309.74 245.82 3075.72 little closer to waterfall

You cant complete this quest without having completed the Quest 'Battle of Ages' first, as the reward from that quest is a teleportation item that gets you into the Hua Mein Village. The battle of Ages quest is given by Jintu after completing a whole load of quests before hand. Problem is you cant see Jintu until you have completed the prerequistes, You must complete the quests on Kerra Isle up to 'Need More Proof' and the quests in Stonebrunt Encampment up to 'An Interesting Find' to receive this quest. Hope that helps!

Not true. I've done it without any Hua Mein faction. just need a mount that can get you in over the cliffs on the west side (flying and gliding work, not sure about leaping) and be quick. If a guard comes within range you'll be "Sent away" (teleported back to spires ... which makes a quick way out once you're done btw).

Use the Temporal Pathfinder's to hop your way back to The Sundered Frontier.
Once there, head to the following locations and use the Geographic Simulacrumator that's in your inventory:

Paineel: 1923.18, -301.83, 3318.78 .
Toxxulia's Mound: 191.96, 116.32, 2637.95 .
The Village of Kerra: 1260.38, 44.59, 2138.18 .
The Hua Mein Village: -309.74 245.82 3075.72.

When done, return to Lochanya in The Stonebrunt Highlands to complete the quest.

I have agreed to travel to the Sundered Frontier and deploy the geographic simulacrumator in the areas being watched by the Eye of El'Arad. Once the device has captured all the images I need to bring it back to Lochanya.

Stage 1

I need to deploy the geographic simulacrumator at several points of interest within the Sundered Frontier.

Start:	Deploy the geographic simulacrumator in Paineel.

Start:	Deploy the geographic simulacrumator at Toxxulia's Mound.

Return the geographic simulacrumator to Lochanya.
