This quest is given by Torq De'Rech after you complete all of Bruhn's quests (see related quests). He sends you to N'Marr's Ascent to find Daria.

Daria is found on the right hand side of the base of the reach at -408, +2.3, -1253. As a bonus Daria will also give you five scrying stones.

After this return to Torq to open up the Finding Food quest.
