Apparently this book belongs to a Sarnak Legate by the name of Emissary Glochk. According to the entry, he last had this book somewhere in the Kylong Plains. I suppose I should try to seek him out and explain I found the book and its pages scattered everywhere.

I click the Emissary, I learned Di'Zok, but quest does not complete... no AA and no gold.

This happen to anyone else?

Did you do eq2 quest:Bones, Bones, Everywhere Bones? THAT is the quest that gives the language and rewards, not this one.

ok so i def did the bones bones everywhere bones quest and the original quest (Locate the Legate) says it is completed and there is a completeion book over the Emissary's head but i cannot turn in the quest or hail him. how does that work? also, i went back to the sel'nok chest (needed for a different quest) and it says that i need to know Di'zok language and its telling me that i dont know it. so what am i doing wrong?

As of December 25th, 2007, I am experiencing this, too. In my quest journal, the quest Locate the Legate says completed next to it. There is a completed book over the Emissary's head. When I hailed him the first time he gave me the Bones quest. I have completed it and got the reward for it. Now the Emissary still has the book over his head, Locate the Legate is still in my active quests with a completed next to it and when I hail he says he's already taught me the language. Must be bugged.

OK, this EXACT thing is happening to me for a quest in Kunzar Jungle. Fortunately it did not happen at a spot that would prevent me from completing other quests.

It HAS been reported and I have been told it has been passed on to devs to be fixed, so they are aware there IS a problem...

As of today 1/6/07 at the time of this post 3:30am CT this is still bugged and I cannot progress in the "For a Few Coins More" quest. I don't know what they did to the database, but one of the patches really screwed this quest up. I'm assuming the devs have no interest in fixing it, because I have the same bug on "The Hand of Fate," have reported it numerous times, and it still is not fixed.

Also every npc of the same race has the completed quest book above there head weather or not you can hail them. Whole mini-map at the entrence to fens is one big blob of yellow lol.
