After this quest you will be asked to do another quest called filling the coffers, this quest is easy all you have to do is collected the taxes from the ratonga and keran villages near the cross roads.
All are easy apart from 1 ratonga who refuses to pay all his taxes. to collect this stand close to him, right click on him to get two more options instead of just hail, you can kick or punch him. use this till you recieve the taxes

This quest is initiated by examining the axe on the wall behind Impelia Abettus at the Crossroads in the Commonlands at ( -433, -44, -277 ).
Your first task is to kill 15 Sandstone Giants in the Commonlands. They can be found in the maze near Fallen Gate ( 1470, -31, 125 ).
The reward is coin and experience.
