Purrla asks you to assist the Far Seas Supply Division by learning more about the local goblins.

Using the Catalogue Creature ability, found in your knowledge book, you must catalogue a variety of goblins for her. They can all be found in the first area after you go through the mining tunnel from the beach.

When you have done this return to her for your reward and this will open up the next quest - Crafty Sootfoots: Another Man's Treasure.

Oddly, as a 45 Shadowknight and 59 Alchemist, this quest was grey to me. It would seem that this quest looks at your crafting level, not your adventuring level, or maybe whichever is higher?
