To replenish her supply of tracking powder, Tiff needs the dust from five moon wisps. Moon wisps can be found around -12, -47, -417 . When you have five return to Tiff.

Tiff now wants you to mark two crates with the tracking powder. The crates are on the Blackshield docks at -441, -91, -962 .

Wehn you go back to Tiff she will give you a map. The map can be examined periodically to see where the crates are going. Follow the crates to their midway points, examining the map after each update. The points are random:

the bridge south of the Kerran village at -155, -46, 220
the riverbank west of the Ratongan village at -80, -47, 12
the Druid Ring at 654, -60, -86
the Path of Tears at 1097, -39, -359
the road north of the Hidden Canyon griffin tower at 598, -50, 536

Eventually, the crates will move to a "location in the Yapping Maze". They can now be found on a ledge at the Thexian work site at 1325,-36,-188 .

After inspecting the crates to determine their contents, report back to Tiff.

The crates have now returned to the Blackshield docks. Your journal will tell you to go and examine the crates. However, all you need to do is stand near the two NPC, un-attackable blackshields and listen to their conversation.

Once that is done, return to Tiff to let her know what the Blackshield smugglers are doing and claim your reward.

Tiff Squeelunkle, the Seafury Buccaneer that recruited me earlier, has asked that I continue to investigate who and what is funding the growth of the Blackshield Smugglers in the Commonlands.

Stage 1

Tiff has sent me off to get more wisp embers so that she can make more of the tracking powder.

Start:	Gather embers from moon wisps around the Ulteran Spires
Complete:	I have the moon wisp embers for Tiff.

Start:	I should return to Tiff
Complete:	I returned to Tiff.

I was able to get the necessary wisp embers for Tiff.

Stage 2

I am to return to the smuggler's outpost and sprinkle the empty crates with tracking powder.

Start:	I should sprinkle empty smuggling crates with tracking powder
Complete:	I found several empty crates to use the tracking powder on.

Start:	I should return to Tiff
Complete:	I told Tiff of my success.

After using the magical powder on several smuggling crates, we can now track their movement.

Stage 3

Use the map to follow the crates, and watch where the scroll ends up.

Start:	I should try to find the crates west of the ratonga village
Complete:	I found the location, but the crates are no longer here.

Start:	I should try to find the crates at the bridge south of the kerran village
Complete:	I found the location, but the crates are no longer here.

Start:	I should try to find the crates near the druid ring
Complete:	I found the location, but the crates have moved, again.

Start:	I should try to find the crates on the road leading north from the Hidden Canyon Station
Complete:	I found the location, but the crates have moved, again.

Start:	I should try to find the crates along the Path of Tears
Complete:	I found the location, but the crates have moved, again.

Start:	The map now shows that the crates were moved west into the Yapping Maze
Complete:	I inspected the crates and found they contain ore and gems.

The crates were being filled with ore and gems by Thexian excavators near Fallen Gate, and the scroll is in Longshadow Alley.

Stage 4

Now that I know what the crates contained, and where the scroll is, I need to return to Tiff Squeelunkle.

Start:	I should report my findings to Tiff
Complete:	I told Tiff all I knew.

Tiff was intrigued by the contents of the crates, and the last location of the scroll.

Stage 5

I seem to have volunteered to go back to the smuggler's outpost to investigate the crates that have returned there.

Start:	I should return to the smuggler's outpost and investigate the crates
Complete:	I overheard more useful facts about the smuggler's activities.

Start:	Now that I know the gems and ore are being sold by the smugglers I should return to Tiff
Complete:	I spoke again, with Tiff.
