This quest is given by Acting Lieutenant Germain after you complete the Favors quest.

You must sprinkle nullification dust (right click) on one of the bushes at 1166, -21.84, -742 . This will cause a camp to appear next to it. Pick up the gnollish book from the camp and bring it to Germain.

Now that I have Poko's nullification powder Germain has asked me to return to the site of the strange plants and see if the powder has any effect on the plants.

Stage 1

I need to return to the strange plants and sprinkle Poko's powder on them to see if they're hiding something.

Start:	I need to return to the strange plants west of the northern end of the ruins and sprinkle some of the dust that Poko made on them.
Complete:	I have sprinkled the dust on the plants and revealed a hidden camp.

Start:	I need to search the camp for any items that would be useful for Germain's investigation.
Complete:	I have found a gnollish book within the hidden camp.
