When outside, head to -15.01, 225.77, 3544.30 for a short cut to Toxxulia Forest.
Head to 595.47, 149.27, 3049.72 and kill 3 a feral bruiser for updates.
When you have all 3, use "Jin'tu's Gift" to get back into the village.
Head to -546.02, 294.67, 3099.45 and hail Wan Sengo to complete the quest.
