This quest is initiated by examining a "Letter to Shivo", which is obtained by examining a Giantslayer messenger, who appers dead, at -2210, -25, 165 or at -2223, -13, -12 in Antonica. To get him to speak you must kill the two wolves guarding his corpse.

This quest basically allows you to enter the Invasion of the Vale instance when you try to enter the Shattered Vale. This is a special version of the instance which has it's own loot tables.
