This quest is initiated by examing the Fallen Bell at -1300, +38, +45 in Antonica.
You must kill 40 gnolls in Antonica to complete this quest. When you do an earring will appear in your inventory.

When I touched the fallen bell in Vhalen's tower I saw visions of the sky lighting up like fire and the tower being hit by pieces of the shattering moon. Soon after the destruction, gnolls could be seen capitalizing on the chaos and suffering, advancing themselves further in the lands and attacking those trying to escape. The gnolls have yet to be driven back into their hole, Blackburrow, even to this day! I shall do my part in helping keep the gnolls away from Qeynos!
I have destroyed a good portion of the gnoll population in Antonica, I hope this helps.I have slain quite a few gnolls, I hope my efforts do not go unnoticed. There are so many of them!

If it is the bell sitting upon the ground in the Vahlen tower, then nope. It still doesn't work.

With my sorceror, I had the same problem. The bell didn't appear to be clickable.

I've done this quest with three other characters, but now, with my Conjuror alt, I cannot get the bell to trigger, or even to show up as an activatable object. Has this quest been broken or otherwise removed???

I've tried to get the quest all week but I cant trigger the bell.
Tried the bell today as a level 12 druid and it wouldn't trigger. I've noticed a couple of quests like this, with a trigger item in the environment, that seem to have broken (the one from the patch of snow on the docks in Everfrost is the same).

I done that quest easy i took me a hour or so but i did not get xorbs lence i got crappy spritualist if any1 have a xorbs 1 can that please send me a tell

Down the path from the NQ-Antonica Bridge, past the aquaduct on right, past the wood hunter lodge, past the gnoll camps on right and look left up on ridges at left - the Shrieker bats are also at the tower

I received a Gnoll Battle Spike EarRing for my completion (Crusader)
Yes it is the Bells of Vhalen, and I too received the spiritualist earring rather than the other.

I did not receive Xorb's earring, but instead received Gnoll Spiritualist Earring - 1+ STA, 1+ WIS, 11+ vs disease, 5+ vs magic, AC 9.

Kill 40 gnolls i did it at lvl 9 the mobs just by northbridge in Qeynos was the easiest to do, took about 1 hour to do
