The Overlord's Impending Speech  

This quest was only available during the 2009 Heroes' Festival.

This quest can be repeated every two hours.

Talk to Guard Captain Kyrius at the Execution Plaza in West Freeport. He asks you to talk to the other guards to make sure that the plaza is safe for the Overlord to make his speech.

I have been asked to secure the area around The Execution Plaza in preparation for an upcoming speech being given by Sir Lucan D'Lere himself.

1. Check with the security detail to ensure the area is secure.
• Speak with Security Guard Brazen. She is on the far south side of the plaza near the Militia House.
• Speak with Security Guard Shlizzh. He is located at the western side of the plaza.
2. Check with the security foreman to ensure the area is secure.
• Speak with Security Foreman Palius. He is located at the north side of the plaza.
• Find the assassin and make the arrest.
• "Take care" of the assassin. Hail an Anxious Reveler, sitting in the stands near Guard Shlizzh, and he will attack you.
3. Let Secruity Foreman Palius know that the area is secure.
• Inform Security Foreman Palius that the area is secure.
• Await Sir Lucan D'Lere's arrival. Wait for D'Lere to make his speech. When the ruler finally finishes you will get the update and the reward.
