This is the second in the series of progression quests from Disciple Shula at the Ortallian Encampment. It is given after you complete the quest series from Ghassan the Trader and Rashad.
She sends you to speak with Watcher Haytham at Prophet's Peak. This area is surrounded by Desert Prophets and Lunatics but you can use invisibility to get to him if you are careful. He is found at ( +622.81, -52.95, -915.33 ) up a narrow passage at ( +655.30, -83.98, -900.36 ) .

Disciple Shula has asked me to deliver a note to a friend of hers who is currently in the area known as "Prophets Peak".
It seems I must take this message back to Disciple Shula immediately.

BTW. You must complete all of Ghassan the Trader's quests and Rashad's quests to get the first amulet before Shula will give you 'Grueling Times' -the 3rd quest and the one after this one. You can do the quests up to 'Grueling Times' without having done the other quests

i 'm at lvl 59 and this is the last quest of the serie i have completed. disciple shula doesn t give me noone new quest. still bugged? no idea how obtain the next quest ;((

Level limit is either not true or changed. I am at L52 and 2 quests past Among the Mad

To continue after Amongst the mad you need to be 55.

Still bugged cant get any more quests from her after completing Amongst the Mad.
In order to advance past this quest, you must have completed the entire series of quests by Ghassan and Rashaad. They are all lvl 46 and 47 solo quests, so they are pretty easy, just takes some time.

I didnt read all posts and not sure if this was mentioned, but Sergeant Tuskin hands out faction quests that will allow you to get these quests from Disciple Shula. Find him down by the mender in Swiftdrifter Camp.

Well, spoke with Gashaan the trader, did quests for him; he sent me to Rashad, did quests for him and low and behold, I can continue quest series with Disciple Shula. Was stuck after I completed "Amongst the Mad". Hope this helps...

I've been told that to get the next quests from Disciple Shula, you need to complete quests from Rashad in sinking sands. I'm not sure if I have or if I can even get quests from him...can anyone confirm this?

I believe that if you have a negative Ortallian Faction then Disciple shula will not grant you additional quests to continue in the series for the legendary necklace.

This quest is now bugged and will not update past this step, she keeps telling you "May Solusek guide your footsteps." And does not offer any quest or refer you to another NPC. I tried talking to Siraj al Din for the next quest line but he wont talk to you yet either.

Found the path. It's really hidden in the south east corner at 655.30, -83.98, -900.36. It's a small path leading up and he is at the top of it.

This guy is never up. Tried for a week and also contacted a GM. All they told me is you have to ask guildmates. This is worse than Stormfeather is EQ1.

Cant find this NPC either, i haved checked at several times of the day, ive tried killing mobs around the area, ive searched around the entire prophets peak, ive tried it invis, ive tried it uninvis, but i still cant find him.

spent over three hrs trying to get him to spawn on top of ramp at loc indicated. several other grps tried as well is this bugged.
couldnt find this npc anywhere on the peak...is he on timer or spawned maybe?

Went to the loc you had printed, and can't find him.Is he on timer. We looked all oer peak for him. any help

Sorry, forgot to add in submission email: He's on the ramp into the center of Prophet's Peak.. he'll spawn at the top.
