Using the information provided in the 'Wiki' tab I found a pile of skeleton bones at: /waypoint 99, 0 , 96
However, I found no clickable object. I then performed a thorough search of the entire zone, hovering my cursor over ever scrap of bone, also to no avail. Thus, I concluded that this quest has been removed from the game.
Additional credence to the quest removal is its lack of a wiki page. I was skeptical of its removal solely based on this because I couldn't find a "missing quest" forum post mentioning this one.

You nee dto gather 5 coins from the Rotting Skeletons in the Edgewater Drains. They will auto-update.
The reward is coin and experience.
