It looks like spearfish and ocean gliders share the same spawn table. If you're having trouble finding spearfish, try killing a bunch of ocean gliders.

Quest text reads:

Deputy Nettlebrine is in the fundraising stage for the museum. She's asked me to help out by getting some fish for a big fish fry they're planning. Her museum better be a work of art in itself for all the effort I'm puttin ginto it!

For this quest she has you go kill 7 spearfish. Not Giant Spearfish, they need to be named 'a spearfish'.

I've had a difficult time finding them, and in two days of looking, have only found two. It's possible at the moment their spawn is bugged. I was at the spawn point for one of them and it only spawned 2 times in about three hours.

after getting the 7 spearfish you are send to Deputy Hopple about the fundraise task.
he gives 4 different options for fundraisers:
- Apples away
- Sewing a Sampler
- Table for two
- feyiron dagger of doom

The next step is to kill 7 fish(forget the name) but they will be in the ocean off the docks. I just swam up and down the shore. You then need to go see Deputy Hopple (171,-474) to complete the quest. I got 27s80c and about 1% for level 32. He will then offer you a choice of 4 quests(seems you can do them all). These are all tradeskill quests in which you make different items. You also have the option to buy but it implies the reward is less. I know one of the quests was to make 3 candied apples and another is a forged feyiron dagger. I have no clue of the prizes involved.

1.: You must Kill 7 Spearfishes near the Docks, after this back go to Nettlebrine.

He will send you, to Speak whit Deputy Hopple he stands at ( 171.63, -0,16, -473,48).
Quest Reward was 17s and 4 New Quests
First One is:

You have to kill 7 spearfish. Then return to Nettlebrine. He sends you to deputy Hopple. This will open up another quest.

Deputy Nettlebrine asks u to kill 7 spearfish, after that he asks u to talk to Deputy Hopple to get ur reward (29s 80c), and open up another series of quest from Deputy Hopple, also open another quest from the deputy (forget name) stand next to Deputy Hopple "I hate Fundraisers".

deputy stoutgut offers (pos 171 neg 473) OFFERS "i hate fundraisers" after completing "plan the fundraiser"

1- 5 goblin ears

3- 2 hooked tails from a suffering lasher

next step after the spearfish is to see deputy hopple at the guard wall (pos 171, neg.14, neg 417). he then offers 4 additional quests named fundraiser: one, two etc.

fundraiser one: apples away- make or obtain 3 candied apples
