This is part of the halfling racial progression series. It is given by Rondo "The Belly" Roundstew in the The Baubbleshire (+947, -436) after you complete the Helping a Friend quest.

The first order of business is to gather 6 Misty Thicket Shadeblooms from around the shire.

You then must speak to Maela Meadows at +857, -417 in The Baubbleshire and then return to Rondo for your reward.

This opens up the Helping Some 'Friends' quest.

Rondo's new plan is to gather some Misty Thicket Shadebloom flowers from around the Baubbleshire. He is certain that if I give these flowers to Maela it will help her open up. I should collect a bouquet of these flowers and take them to Maela.

Stage 1

I need to collect some Misty Thicket Shadeblooms and see if they will help convince Maela to get her feelings off of her chest.

Start:	I need to collect some Misty Thicket Shadeblooms from around the Baubbleshire.
Complete:	I have collected the Misty Thicket Shadeblooms.

Start:	I should speak with Maela now that I have these Shadeblooms.
Complete:	Maela came out of her shell.

Start:	I should return to Rondo and let him know the good news.
Complete:	I have spoken with Rondo.

Maela opened up to me after I presented her with the Shadeblooms.

After seeing the flowers Maela opened up and told me of her worries.
