This quest is only offered to players who have decreased their faction so much with the Othmir of Velious that they cannot receive their normal quests.

Speak to Splish at -1372, -539, -2191 in the Great Divide to begin this quest.

  1. Kill the barracudas in the Iceclad Oceans of Great Divide.
  2. Return to Splish on the ice near Fina's Retreat.

I really messed up my faction with the othmir people. The only way to prove myself is to kill barracudas again and again until I am forgiven.
