This quest is given by Malkin X'Davai after you complete the Allies quest.

Malkin X'Davai freaks out when you give him the two items from the Priests. He sends you to speak with Cvaka Zichovani who is about four feet away. Cvaka informs you that you must find the the Toppled Hand of Thule ( -1011.38, -3.36, 836.16 )in the southeast section of the zone. Your quest journal reads that "something" will be waiting for you there.

When you get close, the Left Eye of Fear, a seriously cranky Amagdlyn Knight from the Plane of Fear, will spawn with two Eye of Thule Subservients. All three mobs are level 42, the Subbservients are down arrow and aggro. Slay them, and return to Malkin X'Davai for the last quest in his series: Shattered Hand.

This is a little confusing, this doesn't actually happen at the placed called Toppled Hand of Thule on the map.

Correct area is south of Tower of Vul and Fear Camp.

This location is a sandy circular hollow. When you walk into it the mobs spawn. I was also attacked by fly things. maybe it is a good idea to clear the are around the sand before going in.

The location is nearly due south of Fear Camp

Just a formality, but Malkin sends you to talk to Cvaka, who stands 4ft to his left, and she sends you to find The Toppled Hand of Thule :-)

Shattered Hand Quest - this is the last quest of this series. Malkin X'Davai tells you to show the hand to Cvaka, he is right there at the camp. After you show him the hand he tells you to destroy it at the mystical stone near the Fallen temple of Cazic Thule. He's idea of near is miles. The loc of the rock is -709.6, -3.15, +827.03 at a lizardman camp. Simple walk up and right click the stone and select destroy hand of war. Now travel back to Cvaka and hail him for your reward. The reward is the Tae Ew Mystic (armor type) Helm. For plate classes its 7stamina 8strength 28health 22power 400mental 176mitigation at lvl45.
